The 32 guestrooms feature original beams of the building's ancient timber frame, but are otherwise thoroughly modern, with air conditioning, direct dial telephones, Internet access and designer toiletries. The Hotel Philippe Le Bon, Dijon, houses its own restaurant, Les Oenophiles, accessible from the garden courtyard; it occupies a 15th century wood panelled dining room and features Louis XII chairs and oriental carpets. French specialties such as snails, foie gras and a wide range of Burgundy wines are served. The Hotel Philippe Le Bon is also home to a museum of 12th 15th century figurines depicting ducal Burgundy. The hotel is just 800 meters from the main market square and the shopping area, as well as the Musee Magin and Musee des Beaux Arts. Guests can easily explore Dijon on foot, although a car is recommended for exploring the surrounding wine producing region of Burgundy and the Cote d'Or. Lyon Saint Exupery Airport is 120 kilometres away. Trains run from the airport's TGV station and serve many French destinations.
