This five floor hotel features 99 guestrooms, all of which include warm dusk tones, modern furnishings and views over Maximilianstrasse or the glass roof of the tea salon. All rooms have cable television with pay movies, direct dial phones, desks with wireless Internet access, minibars and hair dryers. The hotel's Bistro 3M offers French cuisine and fine wines served in a Parisian cafù style ambience, with leather upholstered furnishings and black and white tiled floor. Maximilian's Restaurant and Garden, furnished with light wood, exotic plants, bay windows and original paintings, features regional dishes, Mediterranean specialities and seafood, and has a garden terrace for outdoor dining. Aperitifs, drinks and snacks are also served in the modern, chilled out lounge ambience of the Trio Lounge Bar. The hotel is steeped in history with some of its illustrious guests including Mozart, Casanova, Goethe and Wagner. The drawing room boasts a room wide painting depicting old Augsburg for guests to admire. They can catch up on current events with complimentary newspapers in the lobby. Seven conference rooms provide a capacity of up to 550 people, with facilities for seminars and social functions, including banquets.
