This property is located just 150 yards from the Vail Eagle Bahn Gondola and children's ski school. Shuttle service to Vail Village or Beaver Creek is within walking distance and many shops and restaurants on Lionshead Mall are also just a pleasant stroll away. Major construction is scheduled to start in the Lionshead Village April 4, 2005, and will continue until Fall of 2007. It is possible that construction will be happening at or nearby this resort. After more than a decade of planning, this billion dollar investment will make guests stay in Vail better than ever. Construction is scheduled Monday through Saturday, 7 AM to 7 PM. Every effort will be made to accomodate guests, and guests will continue to have access to all Lionshead stores, mountain operations, restaurants, and lodging properties. Additionally, Destination Resorts is taking advantage of the opportunity to run a special "Kidstruction Zone" for children during this time in which children will learn about different aspects of building, construction, science, design, and art. The Landmark Townhouses offer spacious one bedroom, one bathroom and two bedroom plus loft, two bathroom accommodations with numerous amenities and a warm, cozy dùcor. Each unit has a private balcony with BBQ grill, fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, cable TV/VCR, and daily housekeeping service during ski season. Each kitchen includes a microwave, blender, dish/cookware, stove, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator, and coffeemaker. Other amenities for your convenience include an alarm clock radio, wall mounted hair dryer, and direct dial telephone with modem/data port connection. This property requires various minimum night stays throughout the year.
