Description:	The glass fronted Westin Rotterdam is located opposite Central Station, adjacent to the Holland Casino and Plaza Shopping Centre, and two blocks from the Maritime Museum. Situated on the first 11 floors of the modern Millennium Tower building, this high rise hotel offers expansive city views of Rotterdam. The 231 guestrooms have a combination of light cherry wood and dark tan furniture, with armchairs, silver lamps, and contemporary artworks, and come equipped with air conditioning, safes, minibars, and Internet connections. Marble bathrooms have separate showers and bathtubs, makeup mirrors, and hair dryers. For the best views, rooms on the south side of the hotel capture the busy River Maas, the city centre, and Rotterdam's famous Euromast. The hotel has a contemporary atmosphere enhanced with traditional services such as valet parking and concierge services. A fitness room is available free of charge to hotel guests and the business centre is open 24 hours, with secretarial services on hand if necessary. The hotel also has seven meeting rooms, holding groups of up to 100 in sleek, high tech corporate style. The Lighthouse Bar has a nautical theme, with dark timber floors, red and white upholstery and a polished chrome bar serving an extensive selection of whiskies and cocktails. A breakfast buffet and international dinner menu is available in the Lighthouse Restaurant, which is located on the second floor of the building and offers expansive views of the city centre. Local attractions such as the Zoo and famous Cube Houses are within two kilometres of the hotel. Schiphol Airport (SCH) is 45 kilometres away, a drive of around 60 minutes.
