The relaxation area on the 14th floor provides views across Umea and guests can spend time in the sauna or top up their tans in the solarium. On the first floor there is a kids' playroom with drawing materials, movies and toys, open during the summer season only. During summer guests can also play boules outside in the second floor courtyard, or just read a book and enjoy the sunshine. Viskningar & Rop Restaurant is a stylish, contemporary brasserie and restaurant with sleek furnishings and wooden floors. Rop is the brasserie, serving simple dishes in a relaxed atmosphere, while Viskningar offers classic dishes and local specialties from an a la carte menu. There are nine meeting rooms in the hotel, with capacity for up to 220 people; banqueting facilities are also available on request. For a family day out, the Norrbyskôr Archipelago National Park can be found 30 kilometres from the hotel. Umea Airport (UME) is three kilometres away, around 10 minutes by car.
