Le Residences is a complex of Breton style apartments and houses situated in Le Pouldu, within 400 metres of the beach and 300 metres of the shops. The apartments all have modern decor and furnishings, and include kitchenettes with mini ovens and living areas. Apartments open onto furnished balconies or garden areas and have bath or shower rooms. Televisions are available at a surcharge. In summer, guests can enjoy a refreshing dip in the outdoor swimming pool, which is available mid June to mid September. Those arriving by car can take advantage of complimentary parking facilities. There is plenty to see and do in the surrounding area, with a range of leisure activities including watersports, horse riding, golfing, and cycling available. Guests can stroll to the shops, beach, or resort centre; all are within 600 metres. The fishing port and marina are one and a half kilometers away, or guests can visit Clohars Carnoet, four kilometres away. Quimper Airport is 50 kilometres away, with an approximate driving time of 60 minutes. Resort fees are determined by the hotel and are subject to change.
Apartments do not receive a daily cleaning/maid service. On departure, all rooms should be left clean and tidy. Alternatively, an end of stay cleaning service is Provided by the residence, which incurs a fee payable locally.
Towels and televisions are not provided free of charge and can be rented locally.
