The Congress Plaza Hotel on Michigan Avenue by Grant Park is located on South Michigan Avenue in Chicago, Ill., across from Grant Park. Hotel Expert's Tip. After requesting Serenity Bath Service in my guestroom, staff at The Fairmont Chicago drew a warm bath infused with aromatherapy oils. The event was complete with aromatic soaps and lotions, calming music and a neck pillow an invigorating experience.
