Location. The Oceanside Inn rises above the beautiful white sand beaches of Daytona Beach, Fla. The Daytona Marina, Ocean Center, Daytona Convention Center and Daytona Beach are within two miles of the hotel. Ponce Inlet Lighthouse and Daytona International Speedway are seven miles away, and Daytona Beach International Airport is eight miles from the hotel.
Hotel Features. The Oceanside Inn's lobby extends from the street directly to the beach, and driving on the beach is permitted. Watercraft rentals and horseback riding are available along the oceanfront, as are golf, tennis, aerial sightseeing tours and parasailing. A comfortable sitting area offers floor to ceiling windows with ocean views. The outdoor pool with sundeck and lounge chairs overlooks the beach, and a smaller pool allows toddlers and children to splash and play in the Florida sun. Orange Beach's luxury condominiums are located at Terry Cove on the Bay. The newest of the Phoenix complexes features a center courtyard with pool, lazy river and putting greens, lighted tennis courts, indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, and fitness room. There is continuous work going on at the marina at Phoenix on the Bay due to the hurricanes.
