This compact, cream colored Hyatt is comprised of multiple four story buildings. A highlight of the property is its outdoor courtyard which features koi and turtle ponds, hammocks, a splash pool and a 12 person spa tub. The area opens up to a waterfront deck and the hotel's own slice of beach. Several water sports are available at the Hyatt, which provides the equipment to parasail, wave run and scuba dive. For those who desire to explore Key West on land, the Hyatt rents scooters and bicycles. As night falls, spectacular sunsets can be viewed thanks to the property's prime west facing location. Sunset cruises leave from the hotel's marina on a 60 foot sailboat. Additional facilities include a fitness center, Scuttles Pool Bar and Grill and Nicola Seafood restaurant. Guestrooms. Sporting pastel colors and contemporary details, guestrooms at the Hyatt are airy affairs. Blond wood furnishings and modular lighting fixtures complement upholstered reading chairs and floral fabrics. Guestrooms feature private balconies with partial gulf views or views of the city.
