Conceived as a getaway for Chaplin and his friends, the Inn is now filled with reminders of its Golden Era heritage. Guests are served a complimentary, continental breakfast down in the lobby. After that, they might want to relax by the pool, sit in the whirlpool spa, or enjoy a morning workout in the onsite fitness facility. The Inn offers complimentary use of bicycles to explore the area, or guests can just hop on the trolley to the pier, the mission, and beyond. Completely smoke free guestrooms are decorated using classic patterns and furnishings, and warm tones. The bathrooms are adorned with hand painted tiles. Though modest in size, the rooms are comfortable and equipped with all modern conveniences, like a flat screen TV and high speed Internet access. A ceiling fan circulates the air and provides cooling. Downstairs, the popular Montecito Cafù offers California Nouveau cuisine, while the Bar offers a special appetizer menu, fine wines, and cocktails.
